Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

 

Here, we outline the terms and conditions that govern our Affiliate Program. We've designed our program to be transparent, fair, and beneficial to all parties involved.

Please read the following terms carefully and contact us if you have any queries or need further clarification. Let's work together for mutual growth and success!

1. Referral Code

Upon joining our affiliate program, each affiliate will be assigned a unique referral code. This code should be used in all links shared by the Affiliate to track referred users.

2. Tracking & Cookie

When a potential user clicks on an affiliate link, a cookie will be stored on their device for a duration of 60 days to track the referral.

3. Commissions

Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% on everything the referral pays for Kumbatia Kulture within the first 5 months. This includes 20% of each monthly subscription payment during this period and 20% on any objects purchased within this time frame.

4. Rounding Policy

Any fractional commissions will be rounded to the nearest tenth of a decimal. For instance, a commission of 5.35 USD will be rounded up to 5.4 USD.

5. Holding Period

To safeguard against potential refunds, there is a holding period of one month. Therefore, commission calculations are deferred by one month post-purchase.

6. Payment Modes

Shopify App Credits

Affiliates can opt to receive their commissions in the form of app credit. This credit will be applied to your Shopify account and can be used to cover charges for any installed app, including Kumbatia Kulture.

Please note that Kumbatia Kulture is unable to add more credits than the total amount that your account was charged in the last 30 days.

App Credits cannot be added on the first of each month.

PayPal Payments

Cash commissions will be paid out on request. However, there is a minimum payout threshold of 100USD and a limitation of one payment per month. If an affiliate wishes to receive their payment before reaching the 100USD mark, they should notify us.

All cash payments will be processed through PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their associated PayPal email address is accurate and up-to-date in our records.

7. Referral Tracking

All referrals subscriptions and purchases are tracked automatically, integrated seamlessly with Shopify's billing system. Human intervention is not involved in this tracking process.

Commissions for each month are calculated on the first of the following month and should be available at 23:59EST.

8. Data Privacy

Affiliates can view a summarized overview of their referrals and earnings on the Affiliate overview page within Kumbatia Kulture.

For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose specifics regarding a referral's subscriptions or the number of objects they've purchased. Additionally, we will not provide referral details upon request.

9. General

Kumbatia Kulture reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Any form of unethical promotion or false representation will lead to the immediate termination of the affiliate's account without notice.

By participating in the Kumbatia Kulture Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the above terms and conditions.
